Managing Partner & Co-Founder
Pierre Karana is the Managing Partner of Mortgage Depot LLC, where he focuses on driving growth, building strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional service in the mortgage industry. With nearly a decade of experience, Pierre has developed a reputation for his strengths in sales, problem-solving, and ensuring every client receives the best possible customer experience. He is known for operating with strong ethics and a commitment to doing what is right for the people he serves. Before entering the mortgage industry, Pierre was a successful entrepreneur who owned and managed many cellular phone retail stores. These ventures helped him develop his leadership abilities, sales expertise, and passion for helping customers find the right solutions. Outside of work, Pierre values faith, family, and personal wellness. In his free time, he enjoys attending church, working out, and spending time with his wife, son, nieces, and nephews. Today, Pierre's vision is to help grow Mortgage Depot LLC into the largest wholesale mortgage brokerage in America by building strong teams and maintaining a client-first approach.
Rami Daoud
Managing Partner & Co-Founder
Rami founded Mortgage Depot with the goal of creating a mortgage experience built on trust, transparency, and efficiency. Since entering the mortgage industry in 2016, he has been dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate the home financing process with confidence. As one of the owners, his focus is not only on providing the right loan solutions but also on building a team and company culture that puts clients first. Whether someone is purchasing their first home, refinancing, or expanding their real estate portfolio, the mission is to make the mortgage process smooth, clear, and personalized. Over the years, Rami has worked with a wide range of clients and scenarios, allowing him to develop the experience needed to guide borrowers through even the most complex situations. His goal is to ensure every client receives the attention, guidance, and service they deserve. Outside of the office, Rami enjoys spending time with family, watching sports, being outdoors, and going out to dinner with friends and loved ones. Those moments help keep him grounded and remind him why helping families achieve homeownership is so important. At Mortgage Depot, Rami is committed to building long-term relationships and helping clients succeed in their homeownership journey.
